Term and Condition

 

-    CityLink has the right to lock/suspend customer account, if no payment or updating.

 

     Payment information from customer after due date.

 

-    One-year contract. 

 

-    One time charge for installation fee.

 

-    Customers shall pay their monthly charges by the due date as detailed on the invoice

 

     (seven days after the invoices has been issued).

 

-    Payments made are not refundable.

 

-    Customers will be charged for lose or damaged equipments.

 

-    Customers are not allowed to downgrade plan on the same month after CityLink had issued monthly invoice.

 

-    Upgrade speed can be done at any given time.
